On August 2nd, 2019, under the condition of the alcohol Line 2 in the Laha Factory stopping for maintenance, Mr. Lin Shiwei, director of the alcohol workshop, led Mr. Han Jinpeng and Mr. Gao Chunli, directors of the section, to train the production staff of Line 2 in the workshop by combining theoretical teaching and field practice.

    The training is mainly carried out around three topics: safety promotion of production, process improvement of production and operation guarantee of production.

    First, promote production safely. Director Lin combines theory with practice, and combines 600 safety-related test questions issued by the Ministry of Safety in production month with the safe operation of on-site equipment in the workshop. At the same time, he carries out theoretical explanation and simulation exercises, so that comrades can enhance safety awareness and deal with emergency safety accidents decisively and correctly.

    Two, technology production. According to the seasonality of the production line and the characteristics of the use of aged grain, Director Lin specially formulated the production process indicators, and taught the workers to operate hand by hand in the field, so that the workers in the workshop could deepen the impression of operation and improve the working state.

   Three, operation guarantee production. Han Jinpeng and Gao Chunli, the section directors of the alcohol workshop, explained the different characteristics of operation and operation of each equipment in each section to all the workers in the second phase one by one, and conducted field drills for the treatment methods of on-site equipment in case of emergency.
