At 0:03 a.m. on June 20, Pan, Minister of Safety and Environmental Protection Department of Laha Factory received an emergency rescue call from Captain Wang of the city fire brigade. The residential area near Sansheng Wine Industry in Laha Town caught fire. The situation was very urgent, and the fire engine of our factory was in urgent need of first support. After receiving the call, Pan immediately led the Ministry of Safety and Environmental Protection Yang Hongbao, Qin Peng, Li Nan, Zhang Haibin and other four safety officers rushed to the scene of the fire.

     Through the preliminary investigation of the scene, it was found that the house on fire was iron sheet roof and the structure was complex. The fire water gun could not spray the fire point, and only after the iron sheet roof could the fire be effectively put out, but the house could not be opened manually. After studying with the town government personnel on the scene, Minister Pan immediately coordinated the factory to dispatch forklift to the scene, and successfully pushed away the iron roof of the fire house. After the iron roof was pushed away, Minister Pan directed four security officers quickly into the fire fighting work, will learn fire fighting knowledge and skills fully used in the rescue operation, finally at 2:30 successfully prevent the spread of the flame, and put out all the house fires. Security evacuated the scene at 2:50.

    This fire fighting incident is only an epitome of the actions of the Ministry of Safety and Environmental Protection in cooperation with the local government. Since the Nehe fire brigade assigned fire trucks to our factory on October 31, 2018, the factory has rescued three house fires in Laha Town and successfully controlled the fires, ensuring the safety of the lives and property of the residents in Laha Town. The Ministry of Safety and                          Environmental Protection responded quickly and skillfully used fire-fighting skills in each action, which is inseparable from the usual learning and exercise.
