The 2018 Annual General Meeting of shareholders was held in the conference room on the 2nd floor of Kempinski at 9:00 am on July 21. This meeting is the second annual shareholders' meeting of 2018. The meeting was attended by: shareholders and representatives of shareholders, directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company.

   The meeting was presided over by Mr. Yang Cong,  chairman of the company. He introduced the distinguished guests and expressed warm welcome and sincere thanks to all of  you for coming to this conference. The meeting introduced the company's business development and achievements in the  past year to shareholders and guests.

     Mr. Yang Cong, chairman of the board, made an important speech at the conference, giving full affirmation to the rapid growth achieved by the company in the past year, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the expansion of the company's future business sectors, the improvement of market share, the improvement of key technologies and other aspects, and asked the company's management team to unify their thinking and unity. Work hard to keep the company's business growing at a high rate.

    At the meeting, Yang Chuang, general manager of the company, chairman of the Board of Supervisors, Director of sales, Director of finance and Director of production summarized the work of the first half of 2018 and reported the work plan of the second half of 2018. The shareholders and senior managers at the meeting put forward constructive opinions and suggestions on company management, production safety, domestic and international situation of the alcohol industry, capital market and other aspects, and expressed their utmost support for the development of the company.

      In the first half of 2018, the company continued to maintain the momentum of rapid growth. While further consolidating the existing market and strengthening the position in the industry, it will continue to deepen the reform and lean management to manage the enterprise to a new level.
